What does "Managed" mean?
We understand you’re busy running and promoting your business.
You have your own set of skills and don’t need to get bogged down by complicated domain verification processes, DNS adjustments such as MX, SPF and DKIM records.
Managed means you have access to Australian-based support at Razz Hosting. Need a hand setting up your new email on your computer, we can set up a remote session to assist with this process.
Already have mailboxes and need to migrate your existing emails and folders? No problem, this is all taken care of as part of the Managed service.
What is Google Workspace?

I already have an email address, can you migrate my existing email content?
Of course!
Mailbox migrations are part of our Managed Google Workspace service.
We’ll just require the login details for your current email account(s) and we’ll take care of the rest.
What is the difference between Business Starter & Business Standard?
Two of the biggest differences is storage and a higher video meeting participant cap as well as recording abilities.
Business Starter provides a modest 30GB of storage which would be be enough for most users. Business Standard raises this to a whopping 2TB.
Going from Business Starter to Business Standard also increases your maximum video meeting participant cap from 100 to 150 and allows you to record meetings.
If you need even more storage or a higher participant cap for video meetings, we can discuss higher plans such as Business Plus or Enterprise level plans.
What does Razz Hosting use?
We personally use Google Workspace as we find we don’t need desktop applications and find Google’s web apps easy to use! Collaboration and document sharing is super intuitive.
