What does "Managed" mean?
We understand you’re busy running and promoting your business.
You have your own set of skills and don’t need to get bogged down by complicated domain verification processes, DNS adjustments such as MX, SPF and DKIM records.

What is Microsoft Exchange Online?
Microsoft Exchange Online is a business-grade service that delivers email, calendar, contacts and allows you to sync this data via multiple devices including your computer, tablet and phone.
A massive upgrade over standard IMAP mailboxes whereby only your mail content syncs.
If you’re using standard email accounts, we can migrate your email content over to your new Microsoft 365 accounts as part of our Managed Microsoft 365 service. No sneaky hidden fees.

What is the difference between Business Basic & Business Standard?
The biggest difference between Business Basic & Standard is that Basic only provides access to browser-based applications whilst Standard provides both web and desktop versions of the Microsoft 365 applications.
Such applications include Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint for example.
I've already got Microsoft 365 and want to move to Razz Hosting
We can certainly assist with moving you to our Managed Microsoft 365 service.
However, there are a couple of things to be aware of.
Microsoft has a strict commitment policy and it very likely that no refund will be possible through your existing provider. You’ll want to check if you’re on a monthly or annual commitment with your current provider and when your service expiry is.
You’ll also need access to an admin account in order to approve our GDAP (Granular Delegated Admin Privleges) request. In other words, it allows us to connect your Microsoft 365 account for management purposes.
