Can you transfer my domain from a different provider?
Yes! We can assist with transferring your domain registration from another provider whilst retaining your existing registration time.
For most domains, a 1 year renewal is required upon transfer with the exception for .au domains that can be transferred at no cost.
Will you let me know when my domain registration is due for renewal?
Leading up to your domain registration expiry, we will send you notifications to the registrant email address on your domain well in advance to allow you sufficient time to renew your domain.
It is important to ensure your registrant email address is kept up to date at all times.
Do I need web hosting?
Web hosting isn’t required when purchasing a domain name.
If you’re simply wanting to reserve a domain name or forward your domain, then web hosting isn’t required.
However, if you’re looking to get a website and/or email online, then a web hosting plan will be required.
What is your refund policy for domain names?
Once a domain name has been purchased, the process cannot be reversed. Due to the nature of the domain registration process, we cannot issue a refund for a domain name change of mind.
